Need help

I have an 01 mp3 and I have a tach that I want to put in it but I'm not really sure how to install it so if u could help me. where do I connect the wires?

what kind of tach are you adding? the car already came with a tach from the factory

It's a drag'n tach with a shift light

oh okay. you should try asking in the 3rd gen protege or mazdaspeed section too. essentially the same car

You do know that you can have just the shift light hooked up and use the stock tach right?

What he said. Or you could just shift based on the sound of the engine. It's not like the MP3 is able to accelerate so fast that you might forget to shift on time..
