Im about to have my Cosmo in my hands, but the port is asking me for some stupid things. I want to ask for those who have their Cosmo in USA do your Cosmo have any modification to be legal?

Im from Puerto Rico USA, and customs department says that the car cannot be here because its a rhd, it have kph instead of mph, and it doesnt have the EPA sign on it.

IF someone can help me out here I will appreciate it, because here in Puerto Rico I have seen a lot of rhd in the furious wheels and in streets.

Please help me out here to be a Cosmo owner 2
