Need help with modding my IM!

I bought a spare IM for my MSP and I need to know how to cut the chambers out for big ports and how to plug the holes where the vtcs axle was . And anything else I need to do to increase performance and reliability?

When I removed my VTCS flaps I cut the rod down to a stump and put the actuator back on to plug the hole, others thread the hole with a tap and put a bolt in the hole.

Also, afterwords you can leave the vac lines to the VTCS solenoid off and just plug it in, you won't get a CEL.

Just make sure you ground down the sides and smooth it out.

Same for the top half, as for the VTCS. Take the butterfly's and rod out. And fill the holes with quick steel. There is a "how to" in the how to section.

yeah i was going to do this but the plenum grinding looked a bit hard core for me so i just did the vtcs. let me know your outcome so i can be jealous.
