need help on backorder parts...please!!!

It's been over 3 months that I have been waiting for parts for my turbo,(the
seals are leaking oil), the back seat is defective,(the back rest does not support any weight, the plate inside the seating is too flexable and pops in and out when someone sits there), & my sub blew over a month ago!! My dealer say's thier all on backorder and doesn't know when they'll arrive. I then called
Mazda Canada to complain and was told thiers nothing they could do?
Whats going on here? Whats up with my back seat? Can anyone help me?

Holy crap, I have that same problem with my seat. I had that since day one and trust me I get extremely irked over every little thing, I take it to the dealership to perform all sorts of minor fixes, but this problem does not bother me. HMMMM I wonder if they will fix it, are they going to fix your seat??

Same here for the seat thing. But then again, I don't have anyone back there too often anyways.

I would try another dealer. Btw, I can't believe Mazda Canada brushed you off that easily. Maybe call again.

Call again, write, do anything. You gotta hit them up till they know you're calling on their caller id. Let your $$ speaks!!! Get the BBB involve if you have to. Mazda will do stuff to protect their PR, so if they don't fix it, irk them on that
