Need a new Turbine, advice to a novice

Hello every one.

After I installed a new DP and a new exhaust my car smoked every now and then and then after an oil change last week the car smokes like crazy!? I took it to the dealer and they said my turbine is "wasted". Well it's still spooling up and the car is flying but this smoking issue can only be repaired with a new turbine.

Problem: THe dealer doesn't want to change the turbine since I've changed the car "too much" so I have to pay for a new turbine and install. I'm going to meet the manager this week and discuss this since I feel this is unfair. Not only did the car smoke asap the new exhaust meaning that the smoking issue was already there, also I've driven less then 3000 KMs with the upgrades so I refuse to believe it's the cause. Also lots of other people have been having this issue.
I'm located in Iceland but apparantly they get their warranty parts from Denmark and Denmark is a communist country when it comes to cars. They cost many times what they do in other countries in the West and tuning is only for the ultra rich over there so I'm not suprised they close the doors on me but it's still unfair and unjust and it's not my problem how they think, this remains a warranty issue and should get a fair treatment desipte mods on the car.

Then to what can I do..?

If they don't replace the turbine with a stock turbine what turbine can I get that won't need a lot of tuning, preferably none at all. I don't have the time, tools or know how to be fixing the car all the time. I drive the car hard every now and then so I need the car in good condition and not stuff failing all the time.

Your thoughts are appreciated..

Thanks
Simon

if it still runs fine, and you want to hold off on the turbo work for a while.
just put a heavier weight/thicker oil in the motor. and especially don't use a full synthetic.

that will help seal up the turbo a little bit, and possibly make it not smoke. 2cents
