There is no place near me in OK with a dyno. I'll be in NC (Piedmont) in Oct. and Nov. Anyone know of a place around there I could get some runs on? Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Hickory... etc. Also, while I'm in this section, Any spots I should visit while I'm home? (meets, etc...)

there are actually a few dynos here in nc, ONRAILS knows of one near downtown and there is also one in mooresville.... PM ONRAILS and he will tell you exactly where it is....

Carolina Auto Masters in Durham has a Dyno-Jet.

Just south of Charlotte...

Check out P1 Auto

They're officially in Fort Mill, SC, but in reality its about 5 miles south of Ballantyne.

Bob Liu, one of the owners, is a member of our Miata club. His turbo has over 360hp at the rear wheels!!

Good guy that know what the hell they are doing!

He hit 360?!? Holy Hell! Did they do that at P1 or did they take the beast to a DynoJet? Those Mustangs may be theoretically more "accurate", but most people pull on a traditional DynoJet style for their bragging numbers. A buddy of mine just got his Neon's SAFC tuned by Jack out there at P1, and even though the numbers dissapointed the hell out of him when it was all over and done with (tons of $$$ in that car), his chart looked about the same as an ITR's with a better torque curve.
