this is gonna end up being kyle flying across the US at blistering speeds by himself in his DX. It will be like forrest gump going running. He will stop at protege meets along the way and different mazda clubs will come out and drive with him for like 6 hours and then he will continue on the the next group of mazda owners....

Ok.this makes me wanna come down from Canada. I'd need tons of details though and summer would be best since my friends are out of school and I can bring some down w/ me too.

And ChopstickHero, how bout a plan to have a cross Canada rally? Like from Vancouver all the way to Montreal?

holy s*** this would be awesome!!! this could be the national protegefest that everyone has been wanting.

it would have to be late spring/early summer '05 not only because it is going to take that long to plan this, but also for people like me who dont have anymore vacation time left this year and have to wait til january to get it back. plus, i gotsta save some moneys for this trip.

i want to find some nw members and we can all trailor down together. so anybody from wa, bc or oregon thinking abt going? i have access to a semi and all we would have to do is rent a trailor and pay gas.... if we got a car trailor that can hold at least 8 cars.... plus the driver would be my engine guy so any mechanical problems he can pretty much fit.... then he will follow us....(way behind us in a semi) and take our cars back to the nw! just trying to get some nw people intrested!!
