This car really needed good seats, i got the Corbeau TRS from corksport, who shipped them to me right away with brackets that were perfect. everyone should get some good seats the car just feels like you can push it harder now. although i would like to get the snows off and really ring it out. No holding onto the steering wheel for me this year at the track. Mazda should realize how much seats actually do. i missed my sti seats when i got rid of my subaru, but now i am happy again.

Awesome, I agree that the stock seats SUCK, especially for autox etc. I can't wait to get some nice aftermarket seats. Congrats and post some pics please!

how would i post pics?
Send them to someone who can upload them, use a free online photo host, upload them in your User CP, or just attach them to this thread (manage attachments button underneath the text window).

Yeah the MSP seats are not bolstered enough at all. Every time I make a hard right I hope my door doesnt pop open while I am braced against it.

Exactly. There was a thread not to long ago about how the seat doesn't fit everyone's body. This is exactly why. My boss has many cars that I drive frequently, from acuras to bentleys and these are the least bolstered seats my (butt) has ever been in.

Yeah, I hate the lack of lateral support. I'm debating between these corbeau's or sparco torino's. Decisions, decisions.... At least I have a long time to think about it while I save up money. Autox wheels and tires are next.

How much did they charge for the brackets? Was it included in the price of the seat on their site?

wow for both ?!?! thats awesome.....hmmmm maybe i should hold off on my coilover plans ?!?!
you should get seats before the coilovers. there is no way you can take advantage of coil overs while trying to not slide out of the car.

the brackets were $75.00 each i think. so add that to the seats that you want. personally i went through SCC magazines seat review and compared resulst from testers that are my size.

Yeah, any harness plans? Also, does anyone know if this will support a 5 point harness? Awesome price, I wonder how they compare to the Torino's.
