here is a pick of my new pet. he is a baby grey squirrel. my guess is he is about four weeks old. his teeth are starting to come in but his eyes are still closed. i found him on the golf course i work at. seems that he fell out of his nest and was abandoned by his mother.

ahhh!!!!, i have those all over my yard. are you planning on letting it go when it gets bigger? That thing could trash your house...Cute when it is small though.

****Thinks about National Lampoons Christmas Vaction*****

I have a friend that has had one for a few years now. He found it abandoned on his back yard and raised it. Everytime he rides his bike the squirell just sits on his shoulders and climbs up and down his back and legs. It's pretty cool.

Never heard of having a squirrel as a pet. Wouldn't think they would be easy to domesticate. Cute though. Good luck and have fun if you decide to keep it.

I knew a guy who had a flying squirel (sugar glider) as a pet... it reeally did like to climb all over him, and lay on his shoulder, but at ny moment it would leap off of him and glide to another part of the room

i had one as a pet growing up. we had a huge peace of hollowed out tree in our house so he could run around in it. it was pretty kewl. but sometimes things dont last and the lil guy died.

thats cool they are very social animals and if you keep it then it will be a friend for life. :D

Are you sure? It was my belief that at the age of maturity the squirrel will often "reject" its parents, as it needs to move away.

my ex has had one for about 2 years now and it is the sweetest thing. very social, though it likes to chase her cats.

it will, it will run around the house and jump on them and they try to run from it, its hilarious
