im not buying a car if it don't have a warranty
ok.................you really need to do some more research. EVERY ONE OF THESE CARS HAS THE SAME WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! especially if they are the black or orange msps cause they were sold around the same time (most likely). IN FACT, the guys with the 15k mile cars warranties will last much longer than the one with 40k miles. remember, mazda warranty expires at 50k miles. you really need to think about this. you will truly regret it. (not owning the car, just missing an opportunity that may save you in the long run). it doesn't matter if you buy it from a dealer or an individual, you will have the same warranty.

Dude how far do you live from oxford???
45mins... but ima have to get an auto loan... my dads credit isn't comin out tooo good... but i have credit from my first car purchase... they put me first in the loan and that car is being traded, so i have some credit cuz i never missed a payment... they are gonna give me an extended warranty and s*** but the price is gonna be the same... 15k+ wat i owed on my old car... so i gotta get like a 20k loan soon... hopefully by damorrow... they are gonna call me tonight to see if my dad got approved somewhere...and if he doesn't then i'll get the loan myself...

interest rates are low in my area... 6.29% from a dealership... and almost 9% if i get it from a private seller... so ima stick wit the 6.29% cuz its on 4k more then usual... imagine how much a 9% one does... yea, its almost the same, but i gotta pay a lil more on a private loan and i won't have that great of a warranty...

ok man.................go to a credit union. the interest on my car is like 4.8% or somewhere in that area. and once again. you dont want an extended warrenty through a non mazda dealer. i guarranty that is not better than the mazda warranty. go to the credit union, get a lower percent loan, sell your protege to carmax for a few thousand (may not be as much as that dealer is offering you but thats how they rip you off), then buy a mazdaspeed with half the miles so that the warranty lasts longer and you dont have to purchase an extended warranty. dude your too excited to know what your doing right now. your paying too much. way too much. dont listen to the dealer. they are lieing to you to take your money.

Where were you when I got my car? lol Next time I purchase, I'm going to take you with me..lol Maybe next time I won't get screwed. Seriously though, don't get too caught up in the car, take your time, and don't let them rush you. I'm telling you this from experience. The Carmax idea is a good one. If you could take the time to sell the car outright it would be better, but if you don't have the time, Carmax is a solution. Good luck.

he's getting bent over and that dealership is not using lube.

that is a rediculous price to pay for that car.

when i actually go to sell my car i am going to sell it for like 17k, there is obviously people out there who will buy it at these prices.

Just don't look to sell it on this forum you have to sell it around where you live.

yea i already did go to a credit union, i'm waiting for a response soon... and carmax is wanting the same price as the dealers... 3k for my car... and the lowest interest rate in my area is 6.29%...no more... at least in my area...anyway... they were offering me an extended warranty from mazda... not the dealership...the dealership is 3month/3kmiles... and mazda's is a lot more... so ima see soon enough...

all of this just doesn't matter. your gonna pay $18k for a car with almost 40k miles?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
and stop sayin your payin 15k cause your not. your payin 18k. you can sell you car to carmax and youd still be payin 18k at the sterlership. that is way too much. walk away. forget the interest rate issues, forget the warranty issues, you are paying more than almost anyone else has EVER paid for their speeds. the only people who've paid more than that are those that bought them new that couldn't get the dealer down to 16kish. your gonna pay 18k + ttl which would sit you around 20k. thats horrible for a used almost 40k mile car. come on man. use your head.

we are trying to help you, don't settle for that car, others are around that are cheaper and you can still buy them even though they are not a dealer.

iight i know... ima ask for 15k total... nothing more... if they don't like it then i'll leave... ima get the loan, and ima deposit it in my account... ima write my own check and the left over i will mail back to the bank... done...

but also, im not trying to travel or have a car shipped, i dont' have money to ship cars around...

jus for future reference... who hear lives close to Coatesville Pa???

travel? why not? it may only take you like 5 hours to get a way better deal. youll spend FFFFFAAAARRRR less money traveling than buying closer. SO MANY of us have drivin great distances to get our cars. i drove from detroit to houston to get mine. and if you buy from an individual they may be willing to drive it to you. you really have to consider this. how old are you btw?
