Rosshole...I did talk to my "friend" again...he didn't know anything more. I have a good job, a clearance, and a lot more to loose than he does -- so I kept the "meeting" reasonable. Besides, this is what insurance is for.

Clos561 ... The check gets cut Friday, so I don't know the value yet. As as I do, I will post it. I am guessing with the MS CAI, the rim / tire insurance, the rental car, and my deductible, I am going to loose about $1900 on this deal.

And yes TrueRed again! They had 3 out of the 4 colors available -- Red, Black, and that awful bluish / silver color. I have done Black before --- so I want to stick with the Red. No GT either...I just can't see a reason for it.

Indeed. The insurance company kept singing words of doom everytime we talked. I understand they have a job to do, (i.e. Not pay anything out.) but scaring the crap out of me and causing me extra frustrated was an unwanted bonus. I will be talking with MetLife about that when this is all over.

Hello all,

Well as of this Friday it will be 30 days since my MS3 was stolen. During this time I have been doing a lot of research and when I considered price, style, performance, and practicality, I came up with the MS3 again! The 335xi was too much money, the Charger SRT8 wasn't really good for the winter, and the Caliber SRT just doesn't look as good as I hoped.

That said...I ordered my new MS3 - sport yesterday (I looked at several GTs and even with a second chance to buy one, I don't think they are worth the extra bucks), and it will be ready on Friday. (How is that for service?) I am getting the MS CAI right out of the gates as well as the iPod adapter "kit" this time.

REally awesome. the only downside is the sport has the manual seat right? cause the GT has the power adjustment seat........ at least that's the way it is with the MS6s. Although i don't want the leather (cause I want cloth) I REALLY wish my sport MS6 had the power seat.

Try to keep your keys in your pocket this time, not sitting out anywhere...... if you have to, get a "dummy" key, and invite said FRIEND that came with his bastard friend to another party and then periodically check for your "keys" missing and then run outside and catch the retard in the act and give him a beat down (enguard)

you're not going to notice only a few lbs difference from the sport seat. To be honest I hate manual because power seats give you more leeway and minuscule adjustment. I like that.

No option for power seats on the MS3 from what I understand. That would be nice...and if I could get it as a stand alone option, I would. I am not dogging the GT owners...not at all. This is just a matter of personal taste and what I am most interested it. Both cars rock!

It may be an option on the MS6, but not on the MS3. Believe me, I would have gotten that for sure.
