My Mazdaspeed Protege in Import Tuner!!!!!

Hey guys,im SickAsHellTom...I've been a long time MSP owner, I used to have build number #2 in Blazing Yellow..that was 2 years ago...just beginning of last year (2009) I bought this Laser Blue Mica MSP Build #2555, bone stock one owner(that brought to to Mazda for all its service..I can prove it, I have all the recites)...so anyway this this is mint...so a friend of a friend introduced me to a writer for import tuner and I was talkin to him bought our MSP and how theres not to much exposer out there on this secific vehicales,he agreed and decided to do a power page peace on my car,seeing it was a awsome bone stock example. So everything went well with the process and finally its out in store so check out the magazine...Im posting the pics below and a dyno and small video of the car later this week sometime...So stay tuned for that....​

BUT! why add more boost... its crazyyyyy with everything stock under that hood! Needs aftermarket intercooler atleast. and what they said about the 13psi... who said its 13psi? most people say 10psi on stock is pushing it.

Yea i got ride of the Bst Contrller,for a manual one,im only running 11psi spike 12psi ...i had ran that in my old mazdaspeed for over 40k miles with no problem's

Goodluck, not all MSP's are the same, my motor blew at 6psi. and many before me.

so i bought and read the magazine. congrats!

but a few things i noticed.

they mentioned moving the "windshield washer reservoir" for the cai.....didnt they mean the overflow for the coolant?

and they say at the end that our ecu's have "proper" a/f ratios lol

but again congrats! its nice to see a msp in a magazine even after being out for 7 years

Thanks again everyone..Yea Hopefully when the car is done it will be in nother magizine

and for the psi question...it ended up gaining over 27hp to the tires after the boost went from 6psi to 11psi...the numbers in the artical were just the base ones...

ill have video up soon of the car and the dyno runs with each mod
