subbin cus i want one of those wagons soooo badly!

Yah, I am loving mine and loving the AWD. It is amazing on snow and ice even with my worn in all season tires. If you do get one I would suggest getting a 96 or newer Impreza. Thats when they started putting in the 2.2L engines to replace the painfully slow 1.8L engines. Even better get a 98 or newer like mine that have a better headlight, grill, and bumper design.

i wouldnt get anything older than 98. a kid i went to highschool with had a 98 rs, ive wanted one ever since! i deff want to see your progress with this bad boy!

Good choice. Well I am probably going to be covering the door cards, and modding my gauges soon so I will have more updates soon. Most likely doing the doors today. Plus I am saving for a catback exhaust that I will hopefully get pretty soon. Wheels will probably be next.

I'd go with the BBS's.....all black/red might look washed out....

Everytime I see your car I want to go out and get my subie wagon, darn reliable protege and it's not giving me an excuse to get rid of it.

AWD was quite a deal breaker for me. I am loving it in the snow! (breakn) But that probably is not needed much in Florida. Also I am loving the 2.2L compaired to my old 2.0L P5. Those extra pony's unda the hood are pretty fun.

You can usually find BBS stockers a lot cheaper than most newer wheels. A local muscle car guy here bought a 07 STi in 07, didnt like the gold, and sold them for 1000 w/ tires and the car had maybe 300 miles on it. Plus Red and Gold is so win.

Yah, they are pretty hard to find usually though cause only the 04 and older sti bbs wheels fit my car. They changed the bolt pattern in 05. So that makes them a much sot after commodity for the older Impreza's. I have found some locally for around a $1000 but I don't quite have that budget for wheels right now. Hoping to find a beet up and curbed set on ebay. Something I can fix and get powdercoated.

On another note one of my steel wheels is dented pretty good causing the car to wobble at higher speeds. So my buddy had some older Impreza oem wheels that he gave me that I am either going to paint or powdercoat for my winter wheels. Should look pretty sick when they are done, you will see.

Werd!! HUGE improvment just by the headlights!!! As well as the Home Depot lip!!!

Coming along nicely!!!!

Should have some more updates soon. Should be finishing my door panels this week. I am also going to fill in the rear engine mount, and turn my green gauge lights red. I will be getting my custom redline shift boot on monday as well.
