you want a 3" or 4" tip yet that's a dual muffler tip which is like 8.5" across. It'll look retarded since it won't sit right where the little nook on the rear bumper is. Just my opinion.

Thats just kinda nasty IMO. Save your money and buy a real exhaust system or just leave your car stock. IMO I would never degrade a Mazda by putting that or any generic muffler on my car.

Just so you know, I'll probably cost the same as a bolt on set-up to get that custom mounted... besides, I don't think that would look good in our little bumper, if you want one of the generics, get a single tip. (I got one, and it cost me 75 bucks to have it installed, most places were quoting 120)

dude stay away from that crap, your car will just be a slow and annoying car and bring disgrace to the Mazda family. Buy a real exhaust system.

Dude, no. God smites thee who puteth ebay crapeth on a P5.

Save up, get a Racing Beat cat bakck setup. In fact, nsnmotorsports (another vendor here) sells it for $379.

Search the P5 threads for exhaust systems. so many threads of people looking, it is crazy. Somewhere is a video and sound clip from my p5. Edit, HERE it is. I had gaskets leaking at the time, so the little popping that you hear is resolved.

Oh, and when looking for exhausts, consider the droning. That is the annoying sound ont he freeway at 3500 rpms and such that will make you go insane if you hear it for long periods of time. Only a few exhausts are drone free. The Racing Beat is one of them.

Theres a kid around me with a dual tip muffler on his p5 and it looks like s***. Had to cut the bumper and that didn't come out so good either.

If u want a cheap and super easy mod...buy a axleback off the MazdaSpeed version of the p5, u might wanna cut the tip off but its made by racingbeat and bolts right on and uses the same hangors. sounds ok too. i got mine for 50bucks shipped. if u want some pics click my sig...

Think of it this way, if you spend some extra cash (doesn't have to be much, ala 50bucks shipped vs 30-40 bucks shipped for Ebay) then you can install it yourself, where if you try to skimp out and buy the ebay one, most likely you'll have to hire someone to install it for you... If I were to do it all over again, I wouldn't have bought my generic POS...

i say get it! then duct tape it to your hood cause it'll probably look better there. oh, and slap a MAZDASPEED decal on it. man that would freak'n look awesome. don't be tight either better post some pics.

selling the exhaust off of my msp if anyone's interested...f/s thread up. msg me for more info
