Thanks for the get well wishes guys. And anyone who cancelled other activities for today's run, I apologize, but in all honesty, there really wasn't another choice. Just getting out of bed and sitting down in a chair makes me a lot more nauseous than laying down flat.
I threw up about 15-18 times (lost count after it hit double digits), from about 1am until about 1pm today. Haven't gone since then, and the frequency has been slowly going down. Hopefully it's over, because after the 2nd or 3rd time it was just dry heaves & stomach acid coming up (not pleasant....not like throwing up at all is pleasant, but if your stomach is full it's usually not that bad).
Glad to hear that some of you took the initiative to try the run without me. If I would have caught you before you left, I would have suggested that someone ride as a passenger in the first car to act as navigator. There's some tricky turns and if you don't know the area like I do, you're gonna get lost real easy.
Well, post about it when you get home.
I'll reschedule this for sometime in April. Right now, I'm gonna go back to bed and lay down and pray that I don't have to puke any more (it's starting to get old).
