Hey guys,

I got food poisoning from dinner last night and have been throwing up all night.

Gonna have to cancel/postpone this.

Sorry for the late notice.

Awwww, well this sucks. (sad2) I'm really sorry to hear why it's cancelled though. Get better Justin, watch what you eat buddy.

ah bummer! Justin hope you feel better (I hate food poisoning...)

Guys! Maybe we can still meet up without the "drive" part? Just hang out or something!

Im plotting the drive part on the gps program on my laptop. iIF im successful I will post here and we can still go but i will lead. I will post here if i think it can still be done.

car meet at garden state plaza. i will be the only mazda there. so any other mazda who wants to show up feel more than welcome. bunch of good people runnin it. hit me up for details. paul and steve have my cell# this isn't a fun run but it may be ok instead to pass the time. also , we can take a ride to the shooting range and fire off some shots. hit me up

OK everyone. i plotted the drive and im ready to lead the pack. me and Dennis will meet at our usual meeting spot in Dunkin donuts in woodbridge at around 1-1:30 pm. and then start heading down to Yardley, Pa. Anyone want to meet us there in yardley is willing to do the run is welcome.

Good stuff Paul!

h8rsnv: are you going for sure? Paul and I will go there.

ok guys im leaving now from my apartment in bloomfield to wash my car and to get gas and then ill be waiting at woodbridge dunkin donuts. me and Dennis will go over my plotted route and then we plan on leaving at no later than 2 pm from woodbridge cuz it takes about an hour to get to yardley. I really shouldnt do this but my cell # is 732 801 1118.

my brake pads heven't arrived in mail yet and you all know that my brakes were shot. i got the rotors (c below) waiting for pads. i dont knwo if beinga passenger in fun run is gonna be the same as abeing the driver :( but we can all be happy for my new rotors. (glare)

Unfortunately I wont be able to wash my car (takes too ****** long).....and ill be leaving my house in about 20 minutes.....Cya all there...whoeever going to show up.

Damn Justin, where did you eat? The thing that sucks about food poisoning is getting your timing down-- alternating between sitting and hugging the bowl. It's got to be just right.

Thanks for the get well wishes guys. And anyone who cancelled other activities for today's run, I apologize, but in all honesty, there really wasn't another choice. Just getting out of bed and sitting down in a chair makes me a lot more nauseous than laying down flat.

I threw up about 15-18 times (lost count after it hit double digits), from about 1am until about 1pm today. Haven't gone since then, and the frequency has been slowly going down. Hopefully it's over, because after the 2nd or 3rd time it was just dry heaves & stomach acid coming up (not pleasant....not like throwing up at all is pleasant, but if your stomach is full it's usually not that bad).

Glad to hear that some of you took the initiative to try the run without me. If I would have caught you before you left, I would have suggested that someone ride as a passenger in the first car to act as navigator. There's some tricky turns and if you don't know the area like I do, you're gonna get lost real easy.

Well, post about it when you get home.

I'll reschedule this for sometime in April. Right now, I'm gonna go back to bed and lay down and pray that I don't have to puke any more (it's starting to get old).

the run was awesome. there was only 4 of us but it was def well worth going. great times! i have vid and pix of the semi-event. i'll be postin soon. vid might be awhile cause i want to edit it maybe add music.

Glad to hear you had a good time. Yeah, the run is definitely awesome....and it has all of the best twisties in the area. I went to college not too far from there and that is how I became familiar with the area and was able to plot out a great course that only takes about an hour to complete.

yh i think we were back in like 50mins or somethin like that.def not somethin for cars with bad brakes and overall car performance

I liked the run also. for my first time there it was cool. Sorry about the 2 fuckups where i missed the turns but overall being a tour guide was cool. glad the nice day didnt go to waste. i just wonder how many ppl would show if Justin didnt throw up! I dont think we got back in 50 min! I did run the course a bit fast in some places but 50 min was i think too quick. I thought it was like 1 hour and 20 min. I will know the time once i look at the pics i took. BTW ill upload the pics sometime this week dont feel like doing it now. there is going to be approx 110 pics total including Anatoly's engine parts in his garage from when me and Dennis stopped by there after we left Yardley. So anyway ill post here again after i upload the pics. Maybe we should work on some runs like that here in jersey. In the future i will try to analize some google earth imagery and see if there is some cool roads around here to explore.

Hopefully I can attend one for the first time the next time there is one. Was doing the brakes this weekend on the car.
