MSP Vs MSM

Nope. The EVO IS one of the top few best overall performance vehicle to come from Japan. Many say IT IS the best. Period. Ive seen this opinion from top journalists and engineers.
Yup. Best overall. I'm sure that having 270HP helps that overall picture a bit. The handling is excellent, I've heard, for a 4-seat sedan, better than the STi. I think that the Miata handles better still, even the softer base model like I have. It just doesn't come anywhere close in the power department.

I sure as hell would rather drive a car thru "twisteez" in a life or death situation, that has a .95 skidpad and slaloms as 70+ mph than a minivan for example. You get what Im saying?
Yeah, you're saying that slalom testing can differentiate between two vehicles that have gross differences in handling capabilities. What I'm saying is that among cars near the top end of the scale, a car with a higher slalom speed (like the MINI with 175/60-15 all-season tires) isn't necessarily a better-handling car. Equal scores doesn't guarantee equal handling. I'm sure that you could set a Camaro up to get some great slalom and skidpad scores (it could probably be done just by fitting some stickier tires), and you'd still hate the way it handled.

I never compared a MSP to a MSM.
Huh. Okay.
Those are big words...the handling statistics Ive seen of the MSM are quite similar to the MSP..

Didn't RB run 1.1g ina 99 miata with dot tires and minor suspension mods? I always will consider what a vehicle looks like too and IMO the evo looks gay. It looks so f&f its silly. I would prefer an rx-8/sti/s2k/ anyday over it. I just think Mazda should bring a 3 rotor rx-7 over and put this whole debate to rest.
