msp spark plugs

ok im doing an o2 sensor wensdeday and i feel like i shold replace the spark plugs also, should i go a degree colder or warmer...i wanna run a lil more boost, also if you can give me the part number also so it can be idiot proof for the people at autpzone it would be perfet thanks

im pretty sure you should go colder when raising boost (uhm)

you will be fine with the stock heat range (6) for stock boost or slightly raised boost (1 to 2 PSI).

If boosting more than that, get one step colder plugs (7)

I've hit 8psi any a couple times when it was -20F I hit 9ish.. but maybe the outside temp had something to do with it. I was fine on the 6s then.
