MSP Engine Internals

Yeah, see you were all saying, "Beavis is smoking crack again!" But Booyah. . .all you nay-sayers! You create something like inward singing!

Someone should contact Mazda or something & find out for sure about this. If we can confirm this, would it mean there would be less to replace when you swap to forged?

Just about every Japanese car from 1975 on has a forged crank. Not that big of a deal.

I have a ES Protege Sedan.

So, do you guys know for a fact that the MSP engine isn't different then the regular protege engine?

By this, no one really knows yet.

wait, nobody has opened up a msp engine yet?
i thought i saw a picture showing someones rods from an msp engine.....

if the msp had top secret forged internals, well i think that just might shatter my reality

per certain legal requirements I'm not allowed to discuss this much further, but lets just say.....it's much cheaper to just build the block first...MUCH CHEAPER!!

HAHAHA, THE MSP DOES NOT HAVE FORGED INTERNALS!!! IT NEEDS THEM!!!

How do you the rods aren't? Just asking because I haven't any other wise from a reliable source.

Blown engine is pretty vague...How did it blow?

Were the rods broken or severely damaged in some way?

Thats what he can't talk about. Nor should he as he is invovled in legal action. However he would have gottena real good look at those rods.

No I am saying th eblock had to be opened and he would have seen them. He also has lawyers involved so I am sure they have dug up all relevent info about the motors possible short comings in design.
