Mazda wouldn't let them print any #'s. I'm sur ein the next week or so the officials should be up.CHICO2003 said:Didn't read th entire article... merely skimmed it. Just seemed like a lot of ass kissing to me. Did I miss something? Where are the 0-60 / 1/4 times and skidpad? They had the car for a day and couldn't test these basic things? I'm curious how this thing compares to the msp in the handling category... obviously it'll be faster but if it doesn't handle as well, my interest may be lessened.

Holy mother of god!!!NoelSmart said:I recieved my October Issue of Car and Driver magazine today (really early for some reason). They had a 1 page 'preview' of the MS3 and stated that they tested a 0-60 of 5.3 seconds and a quarter mile of only 13.9 seconds. Pretty crazy for a FWD car.
ClunBB9 said:Well here it is folks, here are some specs and prices for you on the Mazdaspeed3. The actual power has not been released on the USDM version even to the employees of Mazda, its only listed as 250+

Moonroof unavailable because of structural rigidity reasons (and this applies to all markets).Antonio DiMarco said:I may have missed this detail, but is the MS3 available with a sunroof? Or did they pull it to improve structural rigidity?

Antonio, is it possible for you to make those spec sheets bigger, or give us a link? For my aging eyes, those last two pages are nearly impossible to read.

I could budget turbo the Protege and the Miata for what a year's payment would be on the MS3, even after selling the Protege. I'm going to sit tight for now.I'll test drive one though if there are any left on the lot here.
