MS3 Rear motor mount help

OK, Obviously I want to replace my rear motor mount but I'm having a tough time deciding which one to get. SU makes their own, Protege Garage sells a modified OEM AWR one, and Corksport sells some inserts for the stock mount. Any concerns, or comments about these products?? How easy the installation went, how effective it is to reducing wheel hop and shifting and any other info would be nice to hear. (headbang)

I've got the inserts and am very happy with them. The installation has been made easier by people here figuring out a small shortcut. There is vibration when disengaging the clutch to take off, if the car is cold. Reverse is tough to do smoothly, not that I drive in reverse very often. The sentiment that I glean from reading various posts is that with simple mods, the inserts are best. For major power, delrin or poly mounts are the way to go.

i got the inserts and love it, it feels like your foot is connected to the ground like before when i would hit the gas there was a1 second delay by comparison, also from what i understand its a good compromise with performance and vibrations, the performance is up but the vibrations are not that noticable...
