yes, your statement doesn't make sense. you clearly implied that the wrx doesn't come with a sport suspension. your subsequent posts even explicitly state that. and just for reference, here's your quote...

just because the wrx's suspension is softer than the msp3's doesn't mean that its not a sport suspension. that is where you don't make sense. now you're just flat out contradicting yourself. once again, please try harder at bringing a valid point.

dont think you cant beat an sti from a roll, cause you certainly can depending on mods. Stock for stock he might edge you out. If hes stock and you an intake you might actaully pull him. I pulled an 06 evo mr when i had an intake, passed 100mph it was rather wierd how i just slowly drove around him lol, no he didnt shut down he was on it.

do you even know what r compounds are? yes you can pull over a g on just those tires alone. my driving was subpar the past 6 years? ok i guess nj/ny/ct was horrible cause i was the tri state champ and fastest on that day. neway like ive said before im done here...bump this thread in 2 years when the ms3 is doing nothing nationally.

laloosh, tires are not going to do miracles for the Subaru, too much body roll, and the changing the tires will make a minimal difference because the suspension is TOO SOFT, no matter how good of a tire you put on it, its just not going to happen.

r compounds are made for racing....its not a street tire, however i can be driven on the street...if you wanna die and waste it as it will last you 2k miles tops.

this vishnu wrx has a modified suspension and is running r compounds but is only pulling .97g's

i'll admit, you have way more experience driving a car and are more knowledgeable when it comes to how to race, but that doesn't mean that just because you say a mzspd3 can't beat a wrx means thats fact. if you were a tuner too, then maybe your statements would have some more authority... but at least provide some FACTS to backup your claims.

put sticky tires on a 30 year datsun and it will outhandle a ferrari. 1.09 gs on 30 year old s*** suspension desgin. yes i know the wrx is not in this article, but its to proove a point that with tires alone you could hit 1.0...these are still street legal...to a degree.

sorry guys i am tired of this argument i am closing this thread... just agree to disagree a stock for stock comparison is all this was meant to be b/c stock for stock the two cars are deffinatly shopped together and are in the same price. lets just let the video say what it does and move on with the whole new tire/suspension argument.
