o man. I love my MS3, but would take the M5 over it any day....

I guess you can't beat the price to performance ratio of the MS3 though...

The 12.5 mpg takes some of the joy out of the M5 though...at least as a daily driver...

Question

I'm a 51 year old attorney and am in the process of turning in my leased 2006 BMW e60 M5 and buying a 2008.5 MS3...

I'll preface my question by stating that I know talent and reputation factor into what I'm about to ask.

I was wondering how driving a Mazda compared to a BMW would appear to your clients? People tend to be superficial and may choose with their eyes over their heads. I wasn't sure if you were concerned about such things.

Again this is not a question of talent or reputation, but a question of perception. I'm not even sure what branch of law you work in. So it may not be a concern.

Personally I've lusted after BMWs for a Long time. I just can't rationalize the cost of ownership. I've been with Mazda becasue I've always seen them as a budget BMW.

Thanks
