Looking to update firmware to do the Apple CarPlay upgrade

Hi everyone, I just recently purchased a 2017 CX-5 but looking to update my firmware to the newest version to do the Apple CarPlay upgrade my system is currently on OS Version 59.00.504 EU N.

Is there someone that could help me and give me a step by step on how to do the update?

Any help is much appreciated.
