The Top one is the A/F and useless after tuneing the EIC so it won't matter...

I'm putting theiomprtant ones near the bottom...

The engine isn't a Mazda anymore. :)

The bolts were just off the shelf that were polished up along with the stock spacer.

The Original Pillar pod for the car with two, was made just the way this one is. I'm just adding a second double pod and firing some bondo on it.

(cool)

so you made it? man someone really needs to make a walkthrough on this...

Ok, The block and all that s*** are still a Mazda design, but it's mostly CP and Olliver this summer...

(crazy)

I've been polishing on the mani's and valve covers all week now.. you have WAY too much time if you did that crap by hand... I tried by hand for a few hours and got NOWHERE, so I switched to power tools... damn near 15 or 20 hours on it and I'm about 20% done :( Oh well... no pain no gain right?

(boom01) !
I repeat.....
(boom01) !
Do you have a WHP estimate your shooting for...(just curious).

I gonna need to update my passport and see this monster in person!

There will be about 4 or 5 400ish whp protege's this spring/summer. Brian should be able to get there, Focus should get there, MPNick has something up his sleeve, Beau and MAM will have at least one, I should be up there, Asian6er, might be getting there, BlkZoomZoom should be up too... trying to think if I'm missing anyone else... but yep.. lots of us pushing it :).

Pretty much everybody is doing full Oliver and CP, head work, and other upgrades. It's very cool. I look forward to lots of dynos from everyone! Brian may just have the best looking stuff of us all though :)

Later!

yeah. Mine will be stock looking. Not shiny, shiny isn't stock. Though it does look awsome.

I am making a walkthrough on this... it's the first 2-3 pages of the "A Rebuild Story: Forged MP3"

I'm covering every thing I'm doing (which is basically everything you can do to some extent), why I'm doing it, how much it costs. What it looks like, what you need to do it, who can do it etc... it'll be VERY thorough and there will be a complete engine re-assembly step by step in it as well.
