MP3 vs. Protege

Yeah the parking lot in reverse wasn't bad, my only beef was with the race through the parking garage.

I don't really see something wrong with by flying it in reverse? The parking lot was bassiclly empty. No one could be hurt or something!

althought it hurt nobody, it abused your car.

What you do with your car is 100% up to you. but when you post it all online, you will generate much discussion, expecially if you are abusing a car we all like.

Who cares if someone wants to beat thier own car. It's theirs. I beat the living daylights out of my grand am. I had fun doing it too! I run my MP3 hard and it is also fun. Yeah it might be hard on the car, so i'll fix it when it needs.

Street racing is dangerous.. but their are some streets where it isnt that bad. If someone decides to cross a 4 lane road they'll have the same faith if someone is racing down it or not. Common sence is needed here. DONT DO IT IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS!! A track is much more fun anyways.

I guess you never watyched the other videos of him racing down the street, and cutting in front of someone as he flies by.

regular city streets are just as stupid to race in as residential. Even industrial streets are dangerous. street racing is just plain stupid, and to post conquests about it online is just as dumb.

Vitaly, It doesn't really matter what you want to do to your own car; it's yours, afterall, and you have the right to do whatever you want for the sake of fun.

But when you're endangering other people who want nothing to do with you, then it's a problem. Besides, you've got a lot to lose as well, remember the time you almost got caught by a cop street racing?

^^^^word!!!
Your car, you could do wheelies with it all day long as far as i am concerned.
As long there is nobody else, I am fine with that. When I am in the street with you, don't do that s***, because I don't do that either and i mean, it is dangerous, that is the fact of the matter.

Again, nice vid, just watch out in the garage...hehe ;-)

Agree it's dangerous...but what are you guys try to tell me? That you don't race? So you all so right person race just on tracks? BS....Look at the street battles section and you will see how many of us racing...For EX:As i remember one msp vs spec v we were going 60mpg and i hit 80 mph... <---isn't that racing called?

Yeah...that's what i'm saying, everybody wanna say they don't race on the street and never did. Come on guys you turboed your cars and u go 50 km/hour and not exeeding speed limit but on a track you are pushing to the limit...THAT"S bulls***.

that's not street racing! that's "spirited driving"...

All kidding aside, I agree with your point... I call what I do "racing" but if anybody was in my car they would probably call it "Spirited Driving"

It's that same deal with "Ricers" everybody says they know what they are, they deny being one and can point out a real "Ricer" from a 100 yards away... who can define a Ricer exactly? Who can give us a 100% guide so we know when we cross the line between "Street Racing" and "Spirited Driving"?

Didn't see anything wrong with this video. They didn't get very far. Didn't even get going that fast. As far as the parking lot stuff, who cares. They were having fun in an EMPTY lot. Is it any more dangerous than when kids learn to drive in a parking lot or on the street. The parking garage thing was dumb though. That's just really unpredictable with people pulling out and what not.
