Well depends on what you have. Even though she is turboless she still has awd. It would really come down to skill on this one.

mp3 handling would own. I remember comparing specs with the P5 and wrx, and the P5 can out handle wrx

Stock on stock, I am not sure. She does have the mp3 with the upgraded suspension parts but the subaru come with better tires and suspension is not bad. Even if its an auto doesn't mean it can't handle just as well. Everything depends on factors. Entrance speed/exit speed, line control and timing. Plus even the 2.5rs is still putting out slighty more power. Like I said its all based on the skill the driver has.
The 2.5rs stock is not an easy car to hustle through corners. It handles well enough, but it takes a different kind of style to drive fast. If it was a manual RS I would say it's a pretty even race, but the automatic gives the MP3 the advantage. It will still be a driver's race though with a lot of corners involved.

I have an auto and can keep with with manuals easily. Of course I have the sporttronic so that helps me control the gears a little better.

If you paint your calipers pink like you want that might give you an advantage.
i think the suby...
granted it loses more power in the awd powertrain but its 165 vs 140 to start with. suby also has awd that helps handling, but its heavier and less agile (feeling anyways) so its probably really close but for some reason im guessing the 2.5rs....im sure it would come down ot the driver though
does the AT help because of clean shifts and it stays in gear when you mash it, or does the AT hurt because it doesnt stay in gear or drop down a gear to get more juice Vs. does your stick help because you know how ot drive it really well and you stay in gears to get the most out of the powerband and drop down a gear at just the right times, or does the stick hurt because you stay in gear up to redline and power drops off long before then or maybe the MT hiccups and wont let you into 3rd at an inopportune moment

The auto is bad in the sense that the tranny is heavier and when you let go of gas it shifts into 4th then you really have to hit the to drop gears exiting the turn which is slower. Manual are lighter and you can keep them in the power band you want. If its a tight but quick turn leave it in third for more traction and when need shift how you feel without losing a lot of rpm. But at the same time you need to know how to control it and know what turns need to be in what gear.

My vote goes for the MP3 due to the Subi having the auto.......if it was a 5-speed it might be even!
