movie night

Pumpkin wanted to get together for another movie night and Marc said it was OK, so we need to pick a date (and a movie). I know I picked the last one, but you guys might be interested in this one: Truth in 24, another documentary. Narrated by Jason Statham about the Audi team in the 24 hours of Le Mans.

Date: Saturday June 16
Time: arrive 7 PM, movie around 9 PM

Marc, Linda & Cubby: pulled pork
Larry, Jenny & Andrew: dessert
Pumpkin: pop corn & cole slaw (not mixed otgether)
Peaches: dessert & pop\soda
Cheese: Canadian beer, eh?
Marlon & Lauri: ?? (cake from the cake lady...)

Here are a couple of dates that are good for me May 26th, June 2nd, or June 16th.
I have the Bullett and Le Mans with Steve McQueen and Grand Prix with James Garner for other film options.
If anyone has other dates and/or film options please post them up for discussion.

I vote for Truth in 24 or LeMans. I've seen Truth in 24 and it is really really good.

Oh and just fyi, Marc has a projector and hangs the screen from his balcony and I'll bring my bass amp for the audio. And we all sit outside in lawn chairs and watch it on the big screen. It's awesome.

it was fun last time, albeit cold. shouldn't have that problem this time of year.

i vote for June 16 'cause it's the only date i can make that Marc listed he was avail. we will be away Memorial Day weekend, and June 2 is Belle Isle Detroit for Rolex racing!!

June 16th will work for me, everyone else ok with this date?
Lets start the meet around 7:00pm sun set won't be till 9:00pm.
We could do a dinner thing again, I could make some pulled pork or something like that if you guys want and everyone else can bring a side.

I believe we would be in for June 16. Pencil us in for a dessert probably not peanut butter gut blaster though. Jen has so many awesome desserts to choose from, I will let her decide what she wants to make.
