motor build?

I use picasa.

picasa is great if you're on an android phone with a decent camera, and want to share stuff from that, as it auto-syncs instantly with your google account...i've never used it for 'real' photos though...

a lot of guys on other forums just use a dropbox account, though...you can set a folder to public and just post the link...you can easily add and remove photos from your folder on your pc and it will auto upload, without having to go to the website or anything. i use that for sharing pictures from a regular digital camera. Just keep the pics of your girl's can out of there, or don't...depending on the quality of your relationship...

I use imgur to post all my stuff on the forums. You can put the app on your phone and send it straight to the site as well. The links are super simple and never have to worry about SMS limits.

A water pump is about $120, should be no more than $100 labor if the engine is in the car....

Pretty Ignorant Maxx...

There is a Deductible and you are never not out of pocket for this sort of s***.

I know that, but if someone else hits you, usually the repair shop will have your deductible waived. (Worked in autobody for a number of years.) Even then, deductible on a comprehensive claim shouldn't be more than $500?

I dont have collision coverage though. And the person that hit me is lieing. He lied on the police report and told hos insurance i was the one who hit him. Hes trying to claim it was 50 50.mazda told me out of the book a water pump would be 3 hours labour.

Average markup on parts in an independent shop yields a 58% gross profit margin on parts. Thats about a 2.35 multiplier for mark up. $40.00 x 2.35 = $92.00 for the pump. R&R time on the pump is 3.0 hours. At my shop, our labor rate is $94.89, so that would equal $284.67 in labor. Now factor in coolant somewhere in the $15-30 range. Add those up and you're right at $400.00
