motor build?

owning one myself i would agree with both of the above statements about the red top.

if you are building a track car maybe leave out the red top and look for something lighter. I just use mine for street driving so im happy with it for the price(they go on sale for under $200 every now and then).

Agreed. If I want to save 4lbs on weight I'll go take a s*** before I get into my car. I'd rather be able to start it after 4 hours of having it off with all my electrics on.

Will you be running a beefy stereo with the car off alot? If not, go for the red top.

Well the thing is sometimes i go camping or up to my cabin and play music all night lol. Its nice to have a really good battery also if i forget my lights on.

How should I know? It depends how many man hours it takes to fix it. Drop it off with them and have it fixed.

Ya they told me 200-280 depending how bad that includes painting it. Im still waiting on insurance but ill have to do this soon any way. Ya new rim is crazy its like 500.

Good move. Hope it gets done right too.

Ya i sure hope so. I was really disappointed with the quality of work from the previous shop. It seems like its in allot better hands at this point. Should be ordering custom couplers to fit the turbo soon. I was hoping to use my injen intake but i might end up needing to get a custom air intake made.

Finally making progress on my car. Anyone know a good photo sharing website? photobucket is broken.
