Mod Question

sorry for this but i looked around could not find..... for the mazda 3 Full Ground Kit Voltage Stabilizer/Condenser Kit, do u need stabilizer/condenser or can i just ground fuel rail.... just like the throttle body(In first upgrade)??? any help would be great

hey just did it and used battery negative same as throttle body...(hope its good to do), drove for 20 miles nothing wrong ill post after i get back from work....
