Well, I'm helping setup, so I'm planning on being there at about 7am myself. However, if anyone wants to travel together in the morning, depending on where you live, we have been using the Circuit City parking lot in Tyson's Corner as a meeting spot for trips lately. It is a touch over 30 min. to Rosecroft, so if you plan to autox and be there by 8, plan to meet at 7 and leave by 7:30. Don't forget sunscreen and folding chairs, you'll want both.

Katie, you seem to know excatly what each person needs to get to enjoy the best out of the event
if you can list the major things that people can get so they can enjoy
also, if you guys plan to be there, the helpers/volunteers, i will post later (tommorrow)

Dave and I will be there around 6:30 at rosecroft park itself
and the volunteers (if you are kind enough) to be ther before 8am which from the looks of it you will be, so we can explain what you need to do and set the course before the crowd arrives.
