Do you happen to know if the bpv is fit for a gen1 application? Also, how does it sound in comparison to the stock bpv?

This will fit a gen1. I actually bought it off of a guy who had a gen 1. The sound is more pronounced than the stocker--you won't get the BOV sound during the lower rpm shifts but when you get on it, you will hear the difference.
