Megan Coilover System Issues on an MP5

:
2003 Mazda Protege 5
I wanted to know if anyone has had or has a remedy to this problem.

I have Megan's street series coilovers MR-CDK-MP501. There has been an issue with the top mount bolt loosening about every six months since I installed them 2 years ago. When the issue comes back there is a clicking noise when I turn and clunking noise when I hit bumps and in the past tightening the top mount bolts fix this. Now this no longer is fixing the issue and Megan is telling me I need to replace the pillow ball mount bushing (I am also going to have to replace the strut because the 5 MM allen key on top is now stripped after around 5 rounds of this).

I am debating changing the whole system or if someone has a fix for this just replacing the parts and staying with Megan. Overall I would rather stay with the set I have but if this is a known problem with no fix I will go with another company to fix it.

They told me locktite would work, but it didn't. They have told me different torques also. At first I was told 60 ft/lbs now it is 45 ft/lbs. They also told me that all coilover systems on MacPherson struts have this issue but I called Tein and ksport and they both said they have never heard of this issue. Any advice would be great I appreciate it.

No is that what what people usually use to stop this from happening? I know there isn't a washer up there at all now though it didn't come with one.
