SU MM FTW! I installed the 62 duro mount about 2 months ago and love it. However, if I could do it again I'd bump it up to the next higher duro. This one feels just barely stiffer than stock. I was disappointed the way everyone talks these mounts up, it wasn't that big of a difference. It's worth it, but IMO a stiffer mount would be better.

Yeah, I ordered and paid for one of these on 29th March. I must has asked for "clear" or "mountain fresh" because I cant see it....oh wait, it hasnt arrived yet and the supplier isnt returning my emails....
Dude I know what you mean, it took the guy over 2 weeks to send it to me and it didn't get mailed for over a week....but I finally got it.

No, not at all. You have to support the engine to line it up during reinstall though.
still hasnt arrived. Friday will mark the 2 month anniversary of the start of this RIP OFF.
Did you order through Dark Star or Medieval? Have you contacted them letting them know?

How did you pay? If you paid with a credit card, I would call Visa/Mastercard and have them cancel the charge.
If you paid with Paypal, I would be on the phone with Paypal. Odds are at this point you will not be seeing a mount.

without wanting to point fingers and name names, I have been chasing the distributer (clue) and he sometimes returns my emails, usually doesnt, he just keeps saying that its been shipped....2 or 3 words per email.(eekfu)(jerkit)
I have the paypal shipping notice from may 1st...i paid march 29th (by paypal obvisouly). even today the item isnt showing as sent.(argh)
Without having a go at the USA based distrubiters....we have no end of trouble getting things sent here (Australia), there is only one store we have found to be reliable, they're expensive but good, and your stuff turns up on time. Its really frustrating, as there are only abour 2000 speed 6's running around overhere, so local R&D is limited, getting stuff from Japan is just as tough, if not harder due to the language barrier.
The funny thing is...after 2 months of running around with the ets 3.5 TMIC, there's no rubbing or bumping...TWM bushings have made the shift solid and I dont think the ME Engine Mount is going to do anything for me!!!
Maybe a chase of the manufacturer?

Dude Im sorry to hear that, makes my 2 1/2 week wait time seem like nothing. The owner of Medieval seems like kind of a dousche. He didn't ship my mount until about a week and a half and that was only because I sent him emails about it. At this point I think you might be S.O.L

i dont know what you guys are talking about having to wait so long to get ur medieval mount but i got mine in less than a week from ordering it. you should have ordered it through dsmotorsports, incase you didnt. $60 and free shipping.
havent put it in yet but planning on doing it in a couple days. the part looks good except for the slightly sloppy looking welds. im sure it will hold up.

Thank you for concerns and referencing us to that thread. Unfortunately we are unable to post or defend ourselves on that forum.
I spent a few hours today looking through out data base tracking down these claims and was very much unsuccessful at finding them. In the past we have found that other companies have fake member names or associates posting with these claims in order to help discredit Medieval as a company.
All Medieval emails are answered in less than 24hrs and in most cases minutes from time they are received. Please post this email and tell those with these claims to please contact us here directly at sales@medievalllc.com if they are missing an item. As it stands we have no outstanding orders in Australia or resent emails from these members. We can not fix a problem unless you are a customer and notify us of it.
Medieval has gone through growing pains and those are a thing of the past. All Medieval products are stocked and in 97% of cases items ship 1-3 business days after order is received and processed. Things that might hold up shipments are unconfirmed address and pay pal payment clearing dates. These are out of our hands and slow down the process. We here stand behind our products and offer the best warranty in the industry. Once again thank you for your concerns and if you see claims of this nature, please email us with the link so we can handle it.

Jimred, it sounds like they don't know that you bought something. If you did indeed buy something, I would encourage you to contact the middleman that you used to purchase the item (Paypal) and tell them the goods were never received. They will do a quick investigation. They should refund you the money. At this point, you can choose to replace your order with Medeival or go another route.

From his last reply he said he order through DarkStar, that would explain why Medieval has no record of it.
