MBC Install Pics

I don't have any spikes. I have two turbo cars, both with DSBC's. No reliability or failure issues so far with over 91,380 miles combined on both cars. The MBC's put the boost right were I set them.

Yep ... both makes the DSBC and the Hallman have built in creep and spike control. That is a major difference over a cheap MBC

The JoeP ... from what i understand is a great working unit... it looks like it was put together by a 5th grader with a home depot card though. The Hallman is sturdy and all billet designed. Very nice dual design with creep reduction built in. The look of the thing sold me on it.
Well then your happy, that's cool. You have a very NICE looking MBC.

I went with the working mans MBC.

The Joe MBC is just as sturdy, and I don't think Joe has the intelligence (sp) of a 5th grader. The look of the Joe MBC didn't sell me, the fact that it slows air down did....thank you very much and I pocketed over 100 bucks.

I'll take a close up pic when I get home and send it to you. The TXS came with a bracket. I just unbolted a grounding wire and bent the bracket and attached it.

Yeah ... like i said ... not knocking the JoeP ... i know a lot of people that use it ... but i show my car and looks are very very very important under the hood. Meaning (when im done) no ZIP ties or other parts that dont look show quality. The JoeP is an awesome unit ... just not for me.

DAWIV,

Can you link me to a page where I can look close at the TXS and maybe purchase one?

It's pricey, but it's one of the most respected BCs on the market and is a little easier to disguise for random trips to the dealer. I think if you're looking for a dual stage MBC the Boost Sciences Accuboost can be turned into one for about $150-$180... not sure though.
