Mazdateam All-Chicago Bike Cruise.

i did not know until today whether or not i had a babysitter. i did end up getting one, and thought this wasn't going down until later in the evening. later on my babysitting scenario fell apart and i didn't feel like dragging my 9 mo out. wouldn't have mattered as I don't have a kid seat on any of the bikes anyways.

so if taking care of my daugther makes me a **** then so be it.

Well let see, Ken has a shop and family to take care of, I have s*** to do since I work 50 hours a week and then have people/neighbors/relatives to help out during the weekends, Steve has s*** to do, Anna and Aric are always doing something together, Other members have families to take care of, Jose has new pets, So why are people pissed when people can't make it anymore. Times have changed.

no that makes your babysitter a ****. just was looking forward to seeing everyone again and shooting the s*** under some cool circumstances.

Hey, jackoff -- you don't say "Hell yeah, I'm down!" on Monday, and then when you decide you're not going, refuse to answer the phone or return my calls. We're all adults, so as a common courtesy, I would hope that someone would at least have the balls to tell me about their inability to attend, instead of having to cancel last minute because nobody picks up the phone.

Well first of all why am I a jackoff Phil? Second you know how the meets go for us, most fall apart last second, and I agree that does suck when people do that. That s*** annoys me too man and has gotten me in trouble in the past when I call people out, but it doesn't annoy me anymore or surprise me anymore so it shouldn't for you.. Simple as that. s*** at least you tried to organize something so people can't say you didn't tell me. That's life.
 
Regardless, don't commit and then fail to tell me about it AT ALL. Not even last second! Patrick didn't get my text freom early in the morning, so he called me at 5 p.m. as he was getting ready.

We will be downtown this coming Sunday, and whoever wants to join can call me on Sunday and ask where to meet up.

noted. im bringing my whole frame to cycles and sports, telling them what i want, and handing over the credit card. **** this s***.
 
i think he mentioned something about his shop earlier... although i asked him about those bikes he mentioned but never heard back :)
 
what kind of riding do you guys do? I know I live all the way down in champaign, but if it was worth it I would bring my bike up to Chicago with me sometime. The only thing is, my bike is more of a road bike and it wouldn't handle off road stuff.

Well, there arent too many trails (read: none) downtown, so it would all just be road stuff. Just some cruising, maybe the few of us that have dirt capabilities could rip up parts of some of the parks on the way through, but your bike should do just fine, Joe.

also x2, dosle is actually coming down from milw to ride next thur night/friday.

sorry I didnt know you were going to make a move. my bad. I mainly have access to Bontranger, Mavic, and the knock off to ZIP and some custom made stuff that takes about two weeks to get. all wheels should be like 10% to 20% over cost (should come to 40-30% off)

sorry guys just pm me and Ill give you all my phone number. as for my stash I gots some older alluminum BMX crap (20" and 24") that NEEDS to go!!!! Ill try and get proper pics
