Mazdaspeed Pricing

I would try that except it wouldn't get me anyware. A fleet manager is the person who sells cars to large companys in bulk. They will always have the lowest prices end of story. My only chance is to pin her against another dealership. But what the hell do I care anyways the car isn't for me I have my mazda..... my sisters boyfriend can fend for himself.

we have not been selling many mazdaspeeds so we have been advertising one in the paper for 16,999 which does include one grand down. but the total price would come to $17,999. Not a bad deal for that car.

Just called my fleet manager at irvine mazda and asked if the pricing might be droping due to the arrival of the 03.5s (my sisters boyfriend wants one) And her answer was: NOPE! they are still in just as high as demand as when the rolled the first one on the lot, infact some people will pay just as much to get the color choice. She said: look at this way there are about 30 protege 5's on our lot right now and we have only had 8 mazdaspeeds all year. We know people want them and we are going tto get every last dime they are worth. She procceded to tell me that she wouldn't even be able to match my price for my sis's boyfriend (b****).
Looks ike you got a case of the old "Wishful thinking" Newf.
If you run into a different response tell me and I am moving back to canada where people are still nice.

Having purchased mine thru the fleet reps at Irvine as well, i know of whom you speak of. She's the She-Devil upstairs w/o a personality. Sounds like you got about the same deal i did. Although, I financed w/Mazda at a 5% rate w/exceptional creidt.

Mazda is never going to admit that their cars aren't selling, and they will offer a discount on the 2003's because the 2003.5's are coming out. That thinking is just silly.

It'll be up to the dealer as to what to ask for the 2003's when they have 2003.5's sitting next to them. And then the dealer probably won't have much of a choice but to discount the 2003's.

This is all really depending on where you live anyhow. One dealer in one state may have more demand then supply, and in another state, it's the opposite. Fact of life.

I'm hearing rumours in a few places in Canada where speeds are just sitting on dealers lots, not selling.
