Mazdaspeed parts for Pro5

I've got a 2003 5spd Protege5 and live in Australia (it's called the SP20 out here) and want to boost the performance but due to insurance costs cannot turbocharge the engine (my preferred route).

I would like to know if the following is available in the US/Japan from Mazdaspeed:
Midly lowered springs & dampers NOT COIL-OVERS!
Exhaust
Cold-air intake (how much is an aftermarket one as well...)
LSD (no, not trips!)
Cams

And finally, has anyone "tuned" or tweaked their ECU? I'd like to know how restricted the car is...

p5 ecu sucks.. closed loop -=(
