I have the injen and have not had a single cel. Did you unplug your negative battery terminal before install? Did you clean your MAF before reinstalling it into the new intake? If you have a dash hawk you can clear the code, maybe you can borrow one. AP will do the same if/when you get your hands on one.
I have the Injen CAI as well and just got a CEL about a week after the install, but I didn't pull the negative terminal off the battery before install. Dunno what the code is, but I'm going to get a Cobb AP to read it and clear it because it's probably nothing, plus I'm going to want one anyway for tuning later.
