Mazda3 wheels on lowered P5 - rubbing?

I'm thinking of getting some Mazda3 wheels for my P5.. does it anyone know if they will rub if it is lowered 1.3" with H&R springs.

the size of the mazda3 wheels are:

17X6.5 +52.5mm offset and the tire im thinking of putting on would be 205/40/17 or 215/40/17

would 17X6.5 +52.5mm be the same size as 17x7 +39.8mm offset

i got that number by subtracting 12.7mm (coverting 0.5" to mm) from 52.5mm

if that is true it would likely rub according to the fitment guide.

Copied from a post somewhere....:

215/40/17; 215/35/18
-------------
7.0" +45 and higher
7.5" +48 and higher

205/40/17
-------------
7.0" +42 and higher; Barely making it
7.5" +48 or higher, the +45 still worries me with this width on a 205.

Well, it's a skinnier rim, and a bigger offset. I'd say your gonna be fine.

im not sure if i am converting this right but

would 17X6.5 +52.5mm be the same size as 17x7 +39.8mm offset

I don't know if this will help you at all, but I have Mazda 3 rims on mine. I don't know about the width, but I do know that it is the same height as the the factory rims with factory size tires. You could practically use the factory rims and tires as a spare and wouldn't notice a difference. <center>
