Brach I for one appreciate the update and cant wait for the pulleys, but the reason the hostility in the posts is you put up something then disappear from all contact for days or weeks on end.

You could have popped on once a day to just post an update in this thread to say "hey still waiting on the pulleys from anodizer" or "packing boxes still, 50% done", etc.

We have put up good money for these pulleys and have barely had any updates or clue what the hold up is. It only takes 2 minutes at the most to post a quick update to let us know exactly whats going on.
 
brach, you still need to address refund requests from other people that requested them.

+1. I don't want the pulleys anymore. I want my refund. As stated before, you have until the end of today before I start filing complaints with PayPal, Visa, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center. I'm posting this in all 3 threads and sending it to you in a private message. You seem to be ignoring my other requests for a refund. Maybe somehow you're not seeing them. I'll make this post redundant to make sure you see it.
 
Brach/Medieval, please address the refunds, and give an accurate estimate of when these will be going out. This has been brought to the attention of Antoine and the other mods/admins, so hopefully this can get resolved quickly and easily.

I think a picture showing that you have all of the pulleys with a sign (just like in the FS threads) would help prove that the pulleys are indeed in the works, and not just a fairy tale.

and you do realize that if you do not fill these orders you can be criminally prosecuted?

As my PM had stated, these pulleys were made on a GP. In order for the GB to happen a certain amount needed to be committed before I would make them. The ALT, WP and PS were the pulleys to be made. The ALT and WP are in everyone's hands. The WP was wrong and the new one along with the PS is pictured above with an update. There has been no crime committed, just a delay because of the wrong pulley. When the wrong pulley was discovered I posted saying so and stood here letting everyone know that the correct one will be made (and it has). No crime, just a mix up that is fixed.
If I was to continue to refund more than half would drop out and I would be stuck with many more pulleys than I should be. I have already refunded 5 people and find myself in a spot I do not want to be in. This pulley GP was a nightmare. I did my end of the deal and made the 3 pulleys. Along with that I remade the WP pulleys.

This GP for the most part has tested everyone's patience including mine. I want nothing more than to get everyone the correct pulley. It does not look good to have people waiting on parts or the mistake I made. By I fixed that mistake and made it right.
The correct WP pulley will be reamed Monday and Tuesday night. I have 2.3, 2.0 and V6 parts that will be shipping next week. With the amount of boxes going out, I will be extremely busy. The last boxes will go out by Friday of next week. So please give the Post Office 2-7 depending on where you are located.

To everyone that has been so patience, I want to truely than you.

You still did not call me as you said you would to touch base with this.That was kinda the straw that broke the camel's back.that is where the lack of communication is coming from and why people are upset.You did not follow thru with what you said you were going too.

Brach my issue is your lack of sticking to your word. You have set many time tables as to when things will be accomplished . Then once that time comes it takes you days to tell us that again the time line is pushed back. If I had known from the get go that my second 2 pullies would ship next week, ok. But these empty promises get real ******* old. Keep to your word this time man. Or I will be looking for my $ invested and comp. for dealing with all of this.

The push back delay was from the wrong pulley. That was a terrible mistake on my part. The next delay was from the anodizer. The orginal one we used was not doing a great job as you can see by the 2 pulleys you have. So I tried out a new company. That was another rookie mistake on my part. They took twice as long as the original quote and that was a disaster for everyone involved.

Brach thank you for the phone call.After speaking with Brach I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt.I will let him post his time frame as he and I discussed.He is not another Performance Racing GB for japanparts.com otherwise he would not have called.If you would like him to call you and discuss this,pm him.he is a nice guy and understands where we are coming from and now understands why so people are very weary of this because of problems in the past on other forums from the above mentioned GB.
 
So you are now officially refusing refunds? Alright, now I know to start filing the complaints. I’ll probably do it tomorrow during business hours.

People do not have the ALT and WP pulleys. We have the ALT pulley and the 2.3 WP pulleys. I’m more than willing to send the WP pulley back to you as long as you provide postage. I understand you’ve been put into a position where people want their money back and that leaves you with unsold pulleys. You still have the option of selling those. Maybe there’s people that weren’t in the group buy that would like them. Me? I still want my money. You’ve refunded other people. There’s no reason you can’t refund more.

I wish to be refunded as well. Maybe once they're all finished I'll consider again. But not right now.

If you haven't realized by now everyone involved to include yourself would be a lot happier at this point if there was daily updates once the first issue occurred. This seems to be a rookie mistake also. Good faith can only go so far. And there has been a lot of it granted to you. So just learn from this and keep us updated on whats going on. You have about $6720 of just our V6s guys money in your hands. You need to work for it. You decided to embark on this business venture. To be successful you need to conduct business! This should come before eating or sleeping. Going days without updates does not cut it.
 
I still haven't gotten my refund. It's been about a week since I first requested it. Several other customers have gotten a refund, and I believe I should be able to get one as well.
 
Brach/Medieval. Please refund money when it is requested. I'm sure that once people start recieving products, there will be a demand for the left overs and you can earn the money back.
