Wife's 2019 CX5, the will occasionally change volume, channel, favorites, etc when stopped with the break on in gear. Really don't want to pay the dealership if possible.
Does anyone know of a source that can explain to me, easy to understand, steps needed to update the firmware? Also which files to download? I did a search here and I couldn't get an understanding of the process.
