Mazda Protege Owner Photos

I think it is 1.4 in the front and 1.2 in the back but don't quote me on that. It's a tasteful drop and changes the whole dynamics of the car without you scraping everything the road has to offer.

Yeah, it does change the look of the car. The S-Techs drop lower didn't want it that low and where I have to park by this time I would have had a hole under my car. Besides S-Techs are for looks, I wanted handling.

dude iv always loved ur protege u got good style!!!

Not true. My s-techs gave me an increased response over stock, with the drop

Interesting, I actually have heard people say there is an increase in handling, I actually have 2 friends using them and they say that but some how or the other many enthusiasts say that it is just style and many arguments have said that it is just style. Thanks for the input on them though, you live you learn huh.

Nah can't my drive way would have an argument with me and our roads can be very harsh in certain places. I get irate when I see guys, with mostly cut springs here of course, having to drive sideways over humps slowly and drive people like me nuts.

I bought a ES a while back and the previous owner cut the front springs quite badly. The car felt horrible, going fast was scary as s*** as the car tended to wash out badly, so I ended up buying some Racing Beat springs and the car handles so much smoother now. BTW, your P5 looks stunningly clean, I love it.

Thanks buddy, it is actually one of the @Navisports RSS Familia that came from Japan and has the 1.5l SVT engines. I did my share of modifications to it so I guess it is P5 base now. lol I drove one of the normal Familia wagons here with cut springs, which were kinda sorta well done if there is anything like that, and I can relate to you there. It drove like crap but the car did look good. How are those RB springs treating you buddy, I don't know any one using them so first hand view would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
