Mazda MX Sportif ????/

You read it right people. In the new Super Street Mag (august 03), there was a concept car called the MX Sportif displayed at the 03 NY Interantional Auto Show.

Mazda calls the MX Sportif a production-ready concept car. We call it the net MX-3, maybe. With 150hp 2.0-liter 4 cylinder engine, some might call it a strong rival to the Civic Si. And remember waht MAzdaspeed did to the Protege?(talking about turbocharging it-CR)Still, we will have to wait. MAzda hasn't set a release date and it'll probably hit Europe first. Release dat:Maybe in 2005.

I liked the old MX-3 and MX-6 (b/c I had the FORD version of the MX-6)

That would be awesome to have a new version of both!

The MX Sportif was the concept for the new "Mazda3" which is already in production! You guys gotta get your heads outta the MSP page every now and again, this is OLD news guys. There's a whole forum opened up here about this car.
