Hi everyone, let me explain my situation, whem my car is on idle, the air that is comming out of the fan is isn't hot and when the rpm is a 3000 and above, the air that is comming out is hot. Ive changed my thermostat, flushed my cooling systeme...the radiator fan is working correctly and this problem occures a each fan speed.

someone knows what this could be?

Try changing the cabin air filter if it recently been changedt. They can clog and restrict heater air flow.

Air in your heater core can cause this. it forces the coolant circulation to basically bypass the heater core at idle speeds.....as rpms increase the water pressure from the water pump forces the circulation. Try disconnecting a heater hose and adding a little coolant to your surge tank until coolant starts to come out of the disconnected heater hose and then reconnect it.....it should help.
otherwise if it doesn't help your heater core may be partly clogged......chemical flush can help clear the clog
