MAF waffle?

i took mine out about 25K miles ago. I'm at 50K and going strong. I don't think it will hurt anything, but it won't help anything either.

i took mine out, no problems, i have a CAI as well, but as many of you SAID it is there for a reason, YES a very good reason in fact, it is to keep tards from breaking that little sensor on the thin peice of metal, for some idiot reason my friend was screwing around with one and he broke it with his finger, he claims he slipped LOL

Some people swear by the beneficial effects, some say there is none. So far I haven't heard of it causing any problems.

Used to hack that stuff up/remove it on DSM's. I believe someone called AlBlaha (sp?) made a modified version of it, do a search on a DSM forum (DSM talk, etc) and search for the MAF. They have 14 years of research on us, so I think we should learn from others.

ether way there has to be some restriction in air flow although miniscule also i dont think the fins" arent long enough to channel any kind of air flow and if that were true than the tornado would be a real thing to consider purchasing... and i will never buy one
