M or N flash????

Hello everyone,

I'm new on this forum as of today. I tried searching for this because I know it was talked through like crazy but couldn't find my answer. I just went to the dealership last week for my RX-8 to get reflashed. I've been reading up on the M Flash and that it helps with cold starts, idle, and possibly gas mileage. My engine turns over like 4 to 5 times before it starts. As I took it into the dealership, they didn't know anything about the M Flash and told me that their latest upgrade was the N Flash. Is this correct or is the M Flash the Flash to go with. If anyone has some time to answer this it would be great. Also, just one more thing, is anybody getting a rattle or ringing sound under the car as they accelerate, say around 6 or 7 thousand RPM's. ??????MMmmmmm
