how many ft lbs. for the RH's?

im trying to get my wheels off to put my break pads on and the assholes at good year used an air wrecnh to put my lugs on so i cant get them off. fockers
 
good year wants to charge em to get my lug nuts off (me = pissed) i gotta wait till we figure out where we packed our air gun to get them off.

Don't they have the big poster with the torque specs for all cars somewhere? Most places do.. :rolleyes:
 
all newer mazda's are 85 lbs...


i work on about 300 cars per day and torque every one so i know every torque spec for every car....

oh and i also think when they overtorqued my lugs they warped my rotors, lucky me.
 
wow i didnt really realize that it mattered, i just always tightened them by hand until they were all snugged up

thats a good way to have your lug nuts vibrate off and loose a wheel. believe me thats what made me start using a torque wrench.

Haha, it usually makes a pretty freaky noise when they come loose. Oops, how did I know that? :bs:
