I have mine done at my Mazda dealer and they charged me 5.5 hours to do it. That give you an idea.

So has anyone checked with their mazda dealer to see if the LSD is available now?

i was at my dealer two days ago and they said they are not going to carry any mazda speed vehicles or products, i know only some dealerships will carry mazdaspeed. this dealership is mazda/VW and they are more into there VW's, there is another mazda dealership that is much bigger nbear my house im sure they will have mazdaspeed products there. im planning on going there for service now anyways so i will be talking to them soon. in the mean time i know on the Mazda NA 1-800 # they have a MAZDASPEED extension that might be a good idea to call them.

I asked my dealer the other day. I talked to a guy who isn't the one to talk to for my parts dept. He said basically, he doesn't know.

He knew the manifold was, but they seem to be chaning their minds about other parts on a weekly basis. It might end up not being available for a little while until the car has been out for a little bit and any warranty issues that arise are taken care of correctly, and quickly.

So, for now, don't know.
