so i have heard that if you lower your car (i.e. get either lowering springs or Coil Overs) you should also get new Shocks since the stock shocks werent designed for the springs/coilovers... does anyone know if this is true; and if it is true does anyone know what shocks are good and how much they run (a website with some prices would be cool too)...

also, Coil Overs and Springs essentially do the same thing except for the fact that Coil Overs are adjustable right?

Yea you will need new shocks. Not immediately, but you will eventually. From what I've heard our only shock option it the re-valved (mp3/MSP) shocks from the dealer.
